Come and join the team at our Newhaven care home
19th October 2021
Join our incredible team and you can transform the lives of our residents, offering person centred support and enabling them to reach their goals and aspirations.
At Webb House we support 19 people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Residents need one to one care and it can be challenging, but the pleasure you get when someone achieves their goals makes it all worth it. We really listen to the people we support, so we can identify their goals and then help them reach them. The staff are brilliant.
Could you join our team as a support worker?
If you are caring and compassionate and committed to providing excellent care, then we would love you to join our team. To be successful at Webb House, you will need to be passionate about our residents, a real team player who is not afraid of hard work in what can often be a physically and mentally demanding role.
Our residents are very active and each have their own hobbies in the community and indoors. To meet their needs you will need to be flexible and work a mix of shifts.
We also love a party – so a sense of fun and good humour is essential!
