Job Description

FitzRoy Supported Living Care service in Gressenhall, a village close to Fakenham and Dereham, provides care & support for 3 gentlemen residents with learning and physical disabilities .They are supported with personal care, medication, household tasks, out in the community, shopping, activities, meal preparation, keeping in contact with family and friends and to keep safe.

We are seeking an exceptional Support Worker who shares our values to join our friendly team– could this be you?

  • Weeknight rates from £9.43 rising to £10.37,
  • 37.5 hours a week

A support worker’s role is varied and flexibility is required. You will be providing care and support individually tailored to the needs and wishes of people with learning disabilities. Through getting to know the people you support, you will identify and work with them to achieve their goals, enabling them to have choice and control over their lives.
