Job Description

With learning disability experience in the care sector, you may already be working as a Registered Manager or a Care Manager looking for a new, rewarding, and inspirational role.

Working closely with our existing service manager teams, you’ll be a supernumerary addition to support them with implementing their plans to success. This may be in a situation where a new service is being implemented, where a service needs extra support to meet quality standards or the mentoring of a new manager in post.

As a Service Development and Implementation Manager, you will:

  • Reporting into the Regional Manager you will work closely to identify where your skills are best placed to provide additional support.
  • Enthusiastically engage with projects and plans to support services on their journey to outstanding.
  • Build great relationships with existing management teams to encourage and support the changes needed to implement their success plans.
  • Support a service to implement and embed continuous improvements, identified from both internal and external quality monitoring processes.
  • Ensure person centred approaches are in place to deliver the outcomes the people we support want.

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience working with people with learning disabilities.
  • Experience as a Registered Manager of services or an equivalent role.
  • Able to travel with some overnight stay required.
  • Experience working flexibly, supporting teams to implement and embed improvement.
