Job Description

FitzRoy’s continual growth has led to an exciting new opportunity for an experienced and confident Manager to work 22.5 hours a in our Supported Living Service in Liss, Hampshire.

This role, which is temporary for 6 months until 30 September 2018, will manage one supported living service in Liss, Hampshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities. With the support of a Deputy Manager, you will manage, empower and develop teams to ensure a sustainable, quality person-centred service is provided which can truly transform people’s lives. You will be able to develop relationships with people we support and their families and have strong organisational skills, demonstrating your ability to prioritize your workload effectively and accurately.

The successful applicant will have excellent knowledge of regulatory frameworks, requirements and legislation relevant to the sector. Additionally, experience in budgetary management, person centred approaches and developing and maintaining good relationships with key stake holders is essential.

Successful applicants will hold a recognised Management qualification and a minimum Level 3/NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing similar services with a passion for the work that you do. For this role it is essential that you are a driver so this skill can be used to transform more lives.
