An exciting opportunity has become available for a Regional Manager to join our senior operations team and develop services in a region and lead excellence in service delivery.
Within this role you will lead and develop the services throughout your region, enhancing our reputation for delivering high quality, personalised services to the people we support. You will look to extend our external networks through partnership working and growing our business in new areas. Providing strong leadership and change management skills you will inspire people to give their best in a sector which faces challenging times.
Additionally, you will ensure that the financial management of the region is controlled within budgets, and that all key performance measures are achieved, whilst keeping a focus on devising truly personalised support by giving increasing control to the people we support.
The region you will be covering is initially (boundaries will flex as the organisation grows) the South East including part of Hampshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex.
The role will be home based with extensive travel throughout your specific region therefore a full driving licence is essential. A lease car can be provided.
