We are recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join the in-house recruitment team on a part time basis (22.5 hours) at our head office in Petersfield.

As the first point of contact for potential FitzRoy employees, you will ensure a positive candidate experience, supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial application to on-boarding.  You will build strong relationships with applicants and hiring managers for your dedicated region, provide guidance and support to ensure vacancies are filled within agreed time frames, issue starter documentation and offer innovative new ideas to continually improve our existing processes and service.

The successful candidate will demonstrate existing knowledge of recruitment (in-house or agency), excellent communication skills, possess a high attention to detail, be pro-active and able to work off their own initiative. An understanding of recruiting into the care sector is desirable.
