Job Description

Are you committed to transforming the lives of people with learning disabilities and autism?

Are you passionate about supporting people to achieve their goals, develop skills, grow in confidence, and look forward to each day?

Due to internal promotion, FitzRoy are recruiting a Quality Manager – this is an exciting time to develop with FitzRoy as we expand our quality function. Reporting to the Head of Quality, you will work as an integral part of the Operations Team to assess, audit and evaluate the quality of FitzRoy services, to ensure the highest quality support and care provision to those who use our services in addition to compliance with regulatory standards, contractual requirements and FitzRoy’s policies and procedures.

You will be a process driven individual with strong communication skills able to clearly communicate the quality standards expected to all appropriate internal and external stakeholders and produce clear information on how those standards are being met. You will be comfortable analysing data from audits to establish trends in order to create action plans to drive improvement at local and organisational level.

Our vision is a world where people with disabilities can live the life they choose and are treated as equals. The people we support are at the heart of everything we do, and we are driven by our values to ’see the person’, ’be brave’ and ’be creative‘.

This role is homebased with frequent travel to FitzRoy services across the country and to Central Support in Hampshire, which is likely to require overnight stays.
