Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager or Service Development & Implementation Manager to cover the role of Quality Manager for a 12 month period.

This role audits and evaluates the quality of FitzRoy services, to ensure the highest quality support and care provision to those who use our services in addition to compliance with regulatory standards, contractual requirements and FitzRoy’s policies and procedures.

You will assist with our continuous programme of quality assurance audits at FitzRoy services, evaluating and analysing results to identify positive practice and areas for improvement through Single Point Action Plans (SPAP). Liaising with people supported and other stakeholders as well as Service and Regional Managers, you will produce balanced reports of the quality of the service provided, highlighting best practice and raising urgent matters as needed.
