FitzRoy, a national charity supporting adults with learning disabilities to live independent lives are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team on a 1-year fixed term basis.

Embedding FitzRoy’s values into this varied and exciting role, the successful candidate will be looking to take on a new challenge by joining a growing non-profit charity. Ideally, applications will be from those seeking a full-time role, however, we are flexible and can accommodate those seeking around 30 hours per week as a minimum.

Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will advise on all aspects of employee relations and guide them through organisational change such a TUPE and restructuring processes. You will prepare and deliver HR training as well as review and update policies, practices, procedural guides. Additionally, you will review our rewards policies and benefits package to enhance our ability to attract quality candidates, and ensure our offer is true to our values.
