Job Description

FitzRoy is a national charity that supports people with learning and physical disabilities to develop life skills and achieve their potential. We have an opportunity for a professional and efficient System Administrator to join the team at our central offices in Petersfield, Hampshire.

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced system user to work alongside the operations teams to provide an accurate reporting and reconciliation service to the Hampshire region. The role holder will be the supernumerary user for the CM2000 system, responsible for weekly reporting of hours, updating & maintaining documents, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries in a professional and courteous manner. The role demands a calm approach when dealing with clients and staff and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload with the highest level of efficiency. Attention to detail and a methodological approach to problem solving are required.

It is essential that you are proficient in using systems/software & IT packages, predominantly Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Previous experience with the system CM2000 is an advantage. 

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The package includes a generous salary, 25 days holidays (additional bank holidays), enhanced pension scheme, life assurance and an opportunity to join a warm and welcoming team.
