FitzRoy Staff benefit in many ways

FitzRoy champions the amazing work our staff do. Join our team and we'll help you succeed. By providing training and support every step of the way we make sure all our staff are comfortable and confident in delivering the best care possible.

With Investors in People recognition, we are absolutely committed to your career and provide training at all levels, including sponsoring nationally accredited diplomas.

We support managers to develop their teams, and encourage our staff to apply for jobs internally. Everyone needs to know they are doing a good job, and be rewarded for it. That's why we recognise your hard work through a range of loyalty awards including increasing your annual leave over time. We live our values through all our work, including looking after our staff team.

Celebrating your success
We hold Staff Awards – Pride of FitzRoy – to celebrate your best work and reward you for going the extra mile.

Listening

Everyone needs a chance to say what is on their minds. That’s why we value our staff forums. Staff from every part of the organisation meet regularly and help us improve terms and conditions for employees.

Protecting your loved ones
We know that staff worry about how they will provide for their loved ones and dependents if the worst happens. To make sure that staff know they will still be able to support their families whatever happens we provide life assurance at no cost to staff.

Helping you with childcare

Our voucher scheme with Computershare is a flexible way to meet the costs of childcare. In return for a small part of your salary, we offer childcare vouchers that within certain limits, are free of tax or national insurance.

24-hour, confidential, free, helpline
Our employee assistance programme offers advice, information and guidance on finances, mortgages, dependent care, and legal matters, via telephone or face to face counselling.

We’ll help you look after your family

We will top up statutory maternity pay if you say you’ll come back to work for us at the end of your maternity period. We also pay enhanced paternity pay to fathers for the first two weeks.

On your bike!

Sign up for our cycle to work scheme and get a loan from us to buy a bike - you can then spread the repayments back to us over a period of months. Payments are taken from your salary before tax and NI.

Pension
By joining our popular Enhanced Pension Plan you contribute 4% of your earnings and we contribute 4% to your pension.

We’ll pay for your Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks

All our jobs require the successful candidate to undergo a criminal records check by the DBS, which we'll pay to have done. Please note that having a criminal record does not necessarily bar you from appointment with FitzRoy.
